One Cathedral Square is a brand new 23-story luxury apartment tower in the Logan Square neighborhood in Downtown Philadelphia. The project is the first of two phases of residential development that will take place on roughly three acres owned by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia near its Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. The finer things can be found throughout this elegant residence including unprecedented views of both skyline and parkway from the apartment homes and roof deck terrace.
CENTERGY furnished (2) Camus Avenger firetube condensing boilers that provide building heat via water source heat pumps. The boilers were purchased and installed by Tracey Mechanical. Throughout the design and installation, CENTERGY consulted with the projects MEP firm, Alderson Engineering.
