In year 3 of a 5-year Guaranteed Energy Savings Act project with Johnson Controls and Goshen Mechanical for The School District of Philadelphia, Laura H Carnell Elementary School, CENTERGY supplied (2) Fulton Endura+ 3,000 MBH boilers with B&G Circulator Pumps.
Additionally, CENTERGY ensured proper venting of the system using Schebler EVD Boiler Vent and (3) welded sections of Schebler Engineered Stack totaling 103 ft. This engineered stack design allowed for a single crane pick and installation of stack liner in a half a day. Starting with delivery, to crane setup, rigging, installation, breakdown and clean up all completed before noon on a critical timeline.
In the flue, you will find Enervex SMDS Dampers that will neutralize any draft variation and maintain the necessary boiler & water heater outlet pressure due to changes in firing rate and ambient temperature.
Finally, an Enervex MCAS was provided to deliver combustion air and control mechanical room pressure during Boiler and Water heater operation.
