Newly constructed One Dock Street is now the tallest tower in the upscale Society Hill neighborhood of downtown Philadelphia. The apartment building is 374-foot-tall and 31 stories and provides 272 rental units. The design called for a glassy, contemporary tower and its prominent location will create a dominating presence on the local skyline.
CENTERGY furnished (2) Camus DynaForce 2000 MBH boilers that provide heat to the building. In addition, we supplied Schebler Model EVD double-wall pipe to exhaust the flue gases above the roofline. The projects Mechanical Contractor, A.T. Chadwick, did a great job with the boiler installation. The same goes for the Sheet Metal Contractor, Air Distribution Systems, who purchased and install the venting.
